Edible flowers and French patisserie are a fresh and must-try combination. Join this French Confectionery Workshop to blend these ingredients in delicious artisanal creations!

For your workshop, you will be able to choose one out of three French Confectionery choices:

Calisson your way
Calisson is a traditional small and almond-shaped French candy with a thin layer of icing consisting almond and candied fruit toppings. You can make your own classic and colourful Calissons with sweet, fruitful and floral flavours!

Flower my cookie
Edible flowers enhance the flavours and colours of the simple cookie, making them elegant and beautiful. Using only the finest ingredients, you will handcraft your very own edible flower cookies.

Floral rays on chocolate
In this workshop, you will make three types of fine chocolates, in forms of truffles, slabs and mendiants, and garnish them with delicate edible flowers to create a collection of exquisite confectionery.

In this 2.5 hour French Confectionery Workshop, you will have hands-on experience in making Calissons (traditional French candy), floral cookies or floral chocolates. Under the guidance of your gastronomy curators, you will learn to make your own version of these delicacies to bring home. You will also enjoy European confectionery and snacks, coffee and tea. Finally, you will receive exclusive privileges at the concept store after the workshop.
