Join this Neon Light Art Jam experience and make your very own art piece with modern neon light lining! Come with a friend to enjoy a fun and relaxing artsy session of art jamming!
In this 3-hour Neon Light Art Jam experience, you will make your very own art piece with neon light lining. Instead of traditional glass Neon light tubes, this workshop uses modern plastic Neon light tubes which are easier to bend and to shape so that you can create your art piece without worrying about breaking the light.
First, you will sketch your design on a 30x30cm canvas. Keep your design simple so that the Neon tube can be embedded within your design. Once you have finished painting your design, the instructor will assist you with adding the 2-meter plastic Neon light tube, with your choice of the colour, onto your design to highlight your art piece.
Under the guidance of your experienced instructor, you can express anything from calligraphy to graphics! When complete, you will have an attractive new art piece which will be an acrylic painting by day and a neon light sign by night!

There may be other people working on their artworks in the studio.
Additional guests may join at an additional cost of $450 per person, up to a maximum of 25 people.

Q: What is a modern neon tube?
A: It is a coloured plastic tube containing the light line.
The activity itself was very good and interesting. However, both me and my friend found the teachers not really supportive, with just a few initial instructions and not much engagement nor supervision during the activity. Some more tips and support would have been appreciated. Nevertheless, I had fun!
A lovely afternoon spent in a relaxed atmosphere making our own unique, Hong Kong style, beautiful pieces of art to take home.
The activity itself is creative and interesting. However the room is way too small for social distancing (there was other customer coughing) and the building is disgusting. The teacher is so sweet and nice but can’t speak English very well. Also she also needs to pay attention to other customers (so it’s not really “private”).
This was truly a great experience. First because we had a good time as a couple (spent 4 hours together creating the neon artwork). Also because it was a creative workshop, something original and unique we had never done in the past.
What made the difference was that the person in charge spent a lot of time with us and helped us to complete our artwork. She advised, helped, and eventually spent much more time than what was originally planned !

Much better than expected. Teacher patient and the whole thing was very wholesome and so fun. Came away with something my date and I really enjoyed. It wasn't hard but it would be great to come with an idea in mind first. The neon lights are bendable kind but still glow pretty brightly.
Had a great experience! The ladies there were very helpful in teaching us how best to shape up our piece. The experience took us about 2.5 hours and this also included the time to dry the paint!
