Once you have your favourite roast level, the tasting journey begins! Every month, you will receive a bag of Arabica coffee beans from different parts of the world, locally roasted to your preferred level. Your coffee will be delivered to your door along with tasting notes. Over 3 months, you will be able to taste different coffees from varied origins. You may receive a micro lot coffee from Huehuetenango, Guatemala or single origin coffee from Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, or even coffee from many other origins ranging from Tanzania to Java, and from Brazil to Papua New Guinea.
By the end of this experience, you will have gone through a coffee tasting journey and you will be able to confidently identify your coffee preferences, be it nutty or fruity flavours, light or dark roast!

The coffee beans will be delivered to the address you provide us with. You can upgrade your delivery to SF Express at an additional cost.

How to prepare
A coffee grinder is needed to grind the beans before making coffee. If you don’t have one, it can be ordered together with your subscription
Suitability
This experience does not provide a decaf option. You are not suitable for this experience if you have caffeine intolerance

Q: Can I choose the method of delivery?
A: You can choose from SF Express with an additional cost of HK$130 or Surface Parcel.
Q: Is there a decaf option?
A: Unfortunately, we do not provide a decaf option.
Q: Do I need to pay the postage fees?
A: Yes only if you upgrade the delivery service to SF Express.
Q: How many cups of coffee can be brewed with each pack of beans?
A: With 200g of coffee beans, you can brew 6-8 cups of coffee.
Q: What is the Experience timeline?
A: You will receive a total of 3 deliveries. In the 3 deliveries, 200g of your preferred beans will be delivered every 4 weeks!
Q: Are the beans shelved for a long time after roasting?
A: No. To ensure the quality of the coffee you brew, coffee beans are freshly roasted every week.
My favourite part is to get to taste n thus compare the same coffee beans of different level of roasting.
It is a very useful experience, almost like a control test so as to find out and reassure that i love lighter roasting rather than dark ones.
