Asia Miles is a loyalty and frequent-flyer program launched by Cathay Pacific. It allows members to earn miles by making purchases with co-branded credit cards or on partnered flights, hotels, dining and retail products and services. They have developed a platform providing flight awards, lifestyle awards and entertainment awards for members to convert miles and enjoy their chosen awards.

Under major travel restrictions due to Covid-19, customers found it difficult to engage in Asia Miles because they were not able to redeem flight and travel-related products with their miles. Asia Miles wanted to drive and keep customer engagement on platform rewards. They were looking for experience gifts to catch focus other than flight awards, aiming to push sales in miles’ conversion by the Miles Plus Cash mechanism.

In order to provide a pleasant online shopping experience, products were directly delivered to the customers. With the exclusive At Home Experiences and Staycation Experiences, customers could enjoy experiences in different categories at home during quarantine or while social distancing.

Our team also cooperated with Asia Miles to support the operation of the online platform. We provided experience details and photos for the website. By integrating Asia Miles members’ booking with our API system, we ensured a smooth user experience for online rewards redemption. Asia Miles members who redeemed experiences on the Asia Miles Platform will receive e­-vouchers by email which they could then use to book their experiences.

With a view to generating additional exposure among Spoilt clients, we also issued Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) to Spoilt customers for the experience listing on the Asia Miles platform.

I got to know this from Asia Miles. It's a rare opportunity to experience Turkish culture. It looked quite easy in the beginning, but it was actually quite a challenging task. I felt so satisfied after I completed my work, and I was thrilled when I saw the end product. I can't wait to receive my lamp.
