This tension-taming spa massage begins with a bubble bath of your favorite super soak pick. Our massage therapists will then give you a warm foot softening wax wrap, followed by a ridiculously relaxing body massage designed to loosen you up and target your most troubled muscles. The ‘fabulous facial’ further creates a serene touch with its basic facial essentials (cleansing, exfoliation and extractions). Yes, I’m talking painless extractions!
Of course, the best massage in town wouldn’t be complete without a piece of bliss’ home-made brownies and 2 glasses of bubbly. Voila, a refreshing transformation is done!

It was amazing massage. Feel so relax afterwards. Love the relaxation room with refreshments. And the changing room is also very clean. Shame that due to virus the pool is not opened but I’m sure it would have been amazing! Thanks for the experience I will come back again when the pool reopen.
This was a gift to my partner and we had an amazing day at the hotel especially after a tiring week. The bubble bath which was only available at the harbour view private suite was fun to start with; the one-hour massage and facial treatment was professional and we wish the experience could last longer - totally worth the money!
The package has so much to offer - make sure you get there early to enjoy the free brownies at the lounge and other facilities of the hotel (swimming pool, steam room, sauna and the vitality pool)!
The experience was exceptional. Starting from the view to the service. The space was very open yet exclusive. Watching the sunset over Victoria Harbour while enjoying the spa was nothing short of amazing.
The spoil me massage at the W hotel was wonderful. The private room with the Jacuzzi bath is beautiful, and the staff struck the perfect balance between being attentive and allowing privacy. The massage and facial were wonderful. The only comment is we would have loved to have been served our champagne while were still in the private room.
This was my birthday present and apart from the lovely flowers, i've received this great and relaxing experience.
I totally recommend it. The massage itself was great, better than many other spas in Hong Kong including mandarin oriental (with local staff).

Try to book your appointment and enjoy the great view from the jacuzzi, just not on sunday (it's a very busy day so you won't have a lot of privacy).

It was a wedding gift from my best friends. We both experienced a wonderful time at W hotel !!! W hotel has a great environment & best services in town. In this package, it includes spa & facial service for couples, you can also enjoy their hotel facilities e.g. sauna, steam, warm pool (with the view of 74/F), snack, etc. There's also a free parking maximum for 4 hours! We enjoy it so much and I would recommend this website & this experience to my every friends!
Its an amazing deal, we had a 30mins Aromatherapy Bath with Sparkling Wine and Cheesecake before we started the treatment. For some reasons, I thought the 30mins bath was included in the 2hours treatment but it wasnt, so to our surprise, we still had 1 hour massage and 1 hour facial in front of us. Great treatment and we were absolutely happy with our Spoilt Package! Perfect to celebrate birthday, anniversary or just for a romantic surprise!
It was a great experience! My bf and I enjoyed the pamper time and the night view from W.
We did our massage first then facial, followed by the private jacuzzi (bubble bath). It'd be better if we could have our facial first since the extraction part is quite painful, as always, then massage to relax our whole body.
We actually think private jacuzzi after facial and massage is a great idea, rather than the original arrangement to enjoy the bath first. However, it was a pity that the staff forgot the 2 glasses of bubbly and needed our reminder.
It was great that we received this gift from our children last Christmas. We both enjoyed the experience tremendously. The staff were courteous and friendly. The massage and facial were done professionally. The city view from the venue was fantastic.

It was a superb experience to relax with my loved one. It was our first time and we'll defiantly try it again.
I was originally gifted the rock climbing experience for two but after confirming our booking and getting very excited or personal schedules became swamped. Fortunately the team at Spoilt were very understanding and helped us exchange our experience for something I think my partner and I both really needed more than anything, a massage and private jacuzzi at the w hotel. Got this experience for me and my girlfriend for her birthday, and after a long day of traveling it was a very much needed stress reliever. The service was beyond excellent and comfortable. We both agreed it was well worth the cost and couldn't be more happy with the W's spa and their friendly staff.
