The HKJC Priority Programme is introduced to thank Priority Customers for their support. Selected Customers will be issued with The HKJC Priority Card, which can be used to enjoy the privileges and rewards applicable to the relevant tier of the Priority Programme. Priority Coins will be allocated to members according to their tier before the start of each season. Members can redeem gifts and experiences listed on the Priority Programme Rewards Catalogue with their Priority Coins.

- Customised a Priority Programme Reward Catalogue for HKJC Priority Members

- Packaged and delivered gift cards to customers according to redemption orders.

Red Packet worked closely with the Hong Kong Jockey club to provide exceptional experiences for their Priority Programme members. As a reward to show appreciation to their valued customers, the gifts were selected carefully from different areas catering to different interests of their members. Each season, we designed a customised catalogue for the Priority Programme so members can enjoy different experiences from time to time.

Priority Rewards


We created the Priority Programme Rewards Catalogue with a combination of a wide range of experiences for their high-spending customers, from fine dining and wine tasting to caviar facials and horse riding. HKJC Priority Members can redeem their rewards from the catalogue with Priority Coins using HKJC online redemption system.


Upon receiving the weekly order form from HKJC, we packaged the gift cards in a specially designed envelope for HKJC Priority Reward Programme. Then delivered them in bulk to HKJC redemption centres for easy distribution to members. After the delivery of gift cards to the client, Spoilt handled all the redemption procedures and customer inquiries related to the rewards program.
