Case Study - Tairen Capital

Background:

Spoilt has been partnering with local artists and studio owners who also hold creative workshops for the public. By setting up an employee reward program, Tairen Capital encourages its employees to take part in various experiences provided by our experience partners.

Solution:

Knowing our client’s purpose of supporting small local businesses, Spoilt suggested a list of experiences that meet the criteria. From our various experience partners, we selected several local business owners who manage their own studios at Government-subsidized and re-activated factories or community centre buildings.

Then we customized a catalog including not only the experiences but also the backgrounds of the experience providers. The goal was to engage employees in supporting local businesses, so we also mentioned the history behind each business to emphasize their uniqueness.

After confirming the experience details with our client, our team also designed a Gift Card Voucher email with a Tairen Capital template to create a sense of unity for the program. An electronic gift card with a given value was then sent to the awardees. With the credit included in the gift card, awardees were able to redeem their preferred experience on Spoilt website. During the whole collaboration, we tried to resonate with Tairen Capital’s eco-friendly philosophy by using electronic vouchers to reduce wastage.
