Dim Sum restaurants are often very packed and noisy. It is understandable if you enjoy Dim Sum but not the environment. So, what can you do?

This Online Dim Sum Class allows you to learn to make some of the classic and traditional Cantonese Dim Sum while comfortably staying at home!

There are 6 combinations of Dim Sum, each with two dishes. You can choose one of the combinations and learn the two dishes during the online class.

• Pork Siu Mai and Crystal Dumplings
• Barbecued Pork Shortcake and Red Bean Shortcake
• Custard Buns and Rose Bun
• Steamed Rice Noodles Rolls and Shrimp Rice Noodles Rolls
• Barbecued Pork and Barbecued Pork Buns
• Pan-fried Dumplings and Scallion Pancake

The major ingredients of your selected combination will be provided by our Experience Partner. All you have to prepare are basic seasonings and cooking utensils. If there are any items that you cannot find in the market, for example, plastic scraper, bamboo steamer or non-stick mat, we will provide you a checklist during the booking process, you can just simply add to your booking, items will be delivered together with your ingredients pack.

The package will be delivered one day prior to the Experience or on the Experience day - at least 4 hours in advance - depending on your selection of the combination.

The instructions are very simple, you can easily follow and make the mouth-watering Dim Sum!
