Are you are pregnant and looking for ways to stay active? Why not try a private prenatal yoga or pilates class at home? If you prefer, you may also choose to have a session of yogalates.

This 60-minute one-on-one experience will give you the chance to stretch, strengthen and relax into motherhood! The exercises offer a range of benefits for you and your baby - prenatal yoga will focus on breathing and body awareness techniques to ease you into childbirth, whilst postnatal yoga will help support the body’s recovery after birth.

On the day of the experience, a certified instructorwill arrive at your doorstep, wherever you are in Hong Kong. She will tailor the class for your maximum benefit and comfort, depending on your stage of pregnancy and particular areas that require attention. Yoga mats will be provided for use during class.

 

Number of People
This Experience Voucher is valid for up to 5 people in a private session. You can do this experience as an individual or with your friends and family!

Availability and Duration
This experience lasts for 1 hour.

Bookings can be made on any day at any time, and are subject to availability. Bookings must be made at least 2 days in advance.

Experience Location
Location of your choice anywhere in Hong Kong.

A travel surcharge may apply for remote areas, such as areas not near the MTR or outside of HK island. Please indicate exact address on the booking form.

Language
English or Cantonese

What to Wear
Participants are advised to come in comfortable clothing.

Suitability
No previous yoga or Pilates experience is required.

Each participant must sign a liability waiver upon the commencement of the Experience.

For Postnatal Yoga: Participants should wait 4 to 6 weeks after their delivery before attending class. If participants had a caesarian delivery, you should wait up to 8 to 10 weeks. If you are unsure of whether you can practice yoga or Pilates, please consult your doctor beforehand.

Extra Information
This Experience includes:

  • Instruction from a certified yoga and Pilates teacher, and
  • One yoga mat for each participant to use during the Experience
