Availability and Duration

Bookings must be made at least 1 week in advance and subject to availability.

Delivery can be made anytime except public holidays and days with typhoon no.8 and are subject to availability. Delivery times can vary depending on where the delivery address is and deliveries to outer islands or remote locations can take longer. Please allow 5 days for delivery. Delivery rescheduling must be made 3 days in advance.

Q: How fresh are the wines?
A: The wines are from 2019 or 2020, however they are re-bottle in a safe environment after ripening and will be good for at least 24 months.

Q: What happens if there is no one to receive the delivery?
A: If the delivery does not reach the recipient, the delivery partner will get in touch with him/her. Depending on the courier, the delivery may be rescheduled to the next working day or a call/SMS from the courier partner for a rearrangement will be sent.

Q: How will my order be delivered?
A: The order will be delivered by SF Express.

Q: Can I use SF Locker to pick it up?
A: SF locker pickup is not available.
