It was a fun and interactive session. I got this experience from my BFF as a birthday gift and my favourite part as to be able to hands on the cooking of Thai signature dishes step by step even for someone who doesn't know much about cooking.

We were late to our class but Lakshmi was very accommodating to our needs. She taught us a lot about Vietnamese cuisines and the different spices that we used. It was a lot of fun and a great experience!

We received this experience as a Christmas gift. We chose the menu with Tom Yum soup as it is my husbands favorite. We had such an amazing time at chef Lakshmi's kitchen. She demonstarted a few dishes and then walked us through the Tom Yum paste and soup- which tasted better than any restaurant in Hong Kong or Thailand! We were able to take home the paste we made and now we have enough for a years worth of soup. Highly recommended experience and we hope to do more classes with chef Lakshmi!

I got this experience from my husband as a Christmas gift. This class was great; we had a demo and cooked ourselves. We also learned so much about different spices and all of their uses (who knew!), followed by a lovley lunch. The instructor Lakshmi was just fantastic. We will definitely come again!
