Bring the world of chocolate to your home with this virtual chocolate tasting workshop!
There are countless varieties of chocolate in the market. If you have ever been confused by all the different brands, origins and percentages in chocolate and want to find the chocolate that best suits your taste, this workshop will help you decode it all and help you find your dream chocolate.
This online chocolate tasting workshop will be guided by a certified chocolate taster - Katie Chan. She will introduce you to the world of chocolate, where you will learn about the process of chocolate making and how to appreciate chocolate. By the end of the workshop you will also learn tips such as how to choose a good chocolate bar by reading its ingredient label, how to distinguish mass market chocolates and fine chocolates, and how to distinguish between fine chocolates by their flavours.
Before the workshop, a Chocolate Tasting Kit will be delivered to you. Inside the kit, you will find a bag of cacao beans, a selection of five chocolates, a tasting mat and a chocolate tasting map.
All chocolates in the kit are work of craft chocolate markers. They are made out of carefully selected cacao, and most of them are award-winning chocolates.
