Chocolate Making Workshop For Four

Immerse yourself into the world of artisan chocolate in this 2-hour chocolate making workshop and bring 4 bars of your very own hand crafted chocolates home!

In this 2-hour workshop, you will first be given an in-depth exploration of the world of chocolate where you will learn the history of chocolate, and how to make chocolate from bean-to-bar!

Next, put on your apron and get hands on making your own chocolate bars with your choice of flavour toppings. You will pick up techniques such as roasting, tempering and moulding chocolate. During the workshop, you will also have a chance to appreciate chocolate at different stages such as tasting the nibs in the cracking and winnowing process and tasting 100% chocolate in the conching step!

Spend a day as an artisan chocolatier and create your own perfect chocolate bars!

This Experience Voucher is valid for 4 people in a private session.

Additional person may join at an additional cost of HK$1,200 per person, up to a maximum of 12 people.
