Decorative Ceramic Workshop For Two

Having a hard time looking for the perfect pieces to match your comfy home decoration? Look no further than our Decorative Ceramic Homeware workshop!

In this 2-hour workshop, you may choose to create a personalized animal plate, coil pottery, or Slab building vase (with an additional $320). Our experienced instructor will guide you through the process of creating your very own unique ceramic piece, from shaping and molding to decorating it in your own style.

Animal Plate
Hand-build your own ceramic plate with different animal shapes. You will be providedj with one piece of 700g clay to mold and carve out your favorite animal. May it be a cat, or a devil ray, you can get creative and build your own animal plate.

Coil Pottery
Our instructor will show you the impressive technique of pottery coiling to create your own vessel. You can experiment with different decorations and turn the clay into a mug, or a small planter or create your own design. You will have two pieces of 700g clay to work with and ONE finished piece to be fired and glazed.

Slab Building Vase (additional HK$320)
You will make a unique ceramic vase using slab build, a pottery technique. It requires rolling and attaching the clay into the shape of a vase. Then you can carve out your own pattern to make it more personalized. You will have two pieces of 1.5kg clay to work with and the experience will last for 3 hours.

At the end of the class, you may choose ONE piece of your most satisfied pottery to do firing and glazing. The final product will be ready for pick-up or delivery via SF Express in 3-4 weeks. You can also take an instant photograph with your ceramic artwork as a souvenir.

Additional participants may join at an additional cost of HK$560, up to a maximum of 8 people.

Availability and Duration

This experience lasts for 2-3 hours.

Bookings can be made according to Experience Partner’s schedule and subject to availability.

Bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance and are subject to availability.

Once an Experience booking has been confirmed, cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 5 days in advance of the Experience date.
