In this Online Yoga Class, you will have a private yoga class tailored to the needs of your family and your home set up. Your friendly and professional yoga teacher has worked with people of all ages and will make it a fun yoga class for the whole family.
Option 1: Yoga Class
You can choose from the following different types of yoga including Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and Power Yoga.
Vinysa Yoga
In Vinyasa Yoga, you’ll learn the flow from one pose to another. Compared to other types of yoga, Vinyasa Yoga requires more breathing control as you will need to move at a faster pace during practice. You can enhance your energy levels and reduce your stress from relaxing through Vinyasa Yoga.
Hatha Yoga
With Hatha Yoga, you can challenge your strength and flexibility by switching into different poses slowly and deliberately. These slow movements will allow you to relax and focus on mindfulness. You can improve your muscle and joint flexibility from more stretching in Hatha Yoga.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is more passive compared to other types of yoga. In a Yin Yoga class, you will practice a number of long-held and passive floor poses. You can work the lower part of your body and improve your energy flow, which benefits your organs and muscles.
Power Yoga
You can have a full-body workout from Power Yoga. Power Yoga is fast-paced and it is effective in increasing heart rate and burning calories. Your body can be more flexible and you can build up your muscle strength through connecting your breath, mind and body.
Option 2: Fitness Class
If you want to keep your body fit generally, consider the Fitness Class! It will cover warm-up exercises, cardio exercises, strengthening and yoga flow. You will get your heart pumping in no time!

Q: Can I take this class if I don’t have any Yoga or Fitness experience?
A: Yes! The teacher is professional and she will ensure you do all the steps correctly. Children can join the class too!
Q: I don’t really know much about yoga. Which type of yoga should I pick for my family?
A: Yin Yoga is the easiest type for beginners. You will do some deep stretching such as holding 5 minutes poses. Beginners are usually able to follow the poses correctly, but it may be a bit slow for people who are looking to break a sweat.
Hatha Yoga is also a great option. You will need to hold poses to develop strength. It gives the teacher more time to correct your pose and you will be able to build up a strong foundation in yoga.
Hatha/Vinyasa (a mix) is a good choice for physically fit people who exercise regularly, but are not familiar with yoga. You can break a sweat doing this type of yoga.
