This team building workshop will add value, inspiration and energy to your employees and your business. In this workshop, participants are guided to work in teams to bring out each of their own creativity and together they “artistically” articulate the company’s core brand values and characteristics onto canvases.

Participants will first get some ideas on how to express an idea through painting. They will be introduced to some basic painting techniques and equipment. Then they will be divided into teams! Each team will be given a brand value as the theme for their art pieces, as chosen by the group’s leader. Teams will go through short exercises with words and colors to help participants build ideas for the painting. As a team, participants will plan their painting and each team member will contribute in the team painting! Finally, teams will sum up the meaning of their creation and present their pieces to entire group!

This workshop promotes creative problem-solving, reduces stress and introduces a new way of being and working with each other to deliver better performance at work. Through team work, turn your brand into a vibrant, dynamic piece of artwork with paints on canvases!
