Nothing beats competition in the kitchen like a cookoff. This team building event will start with either a full briefing where participants will be introduced to their ingredients and will be given a demonstration on health cooking techniques or nothing but a mystery basket with all ingredients. Participants will then be split up into groups, allocated certain ingredients and challenged to prepare a meal in a limited time. The dishes will be served to the instructor to be evaluated. Each group will be marked based on a number of criteria. The individual dishes will be served to the whole group and participants will discuss the experience and share their recipes.
