Chef Ledarney is an award-winning Canadian chef with roots in classical French style. His unsurpassed devotion and drive to find new combinations of flavor while maintaining a firm grasp on tradition has allowed him to thrive on the international stage. Nolan has had the honor to serve such guests as Her Imperial Highness, Princess Takamado of Japan, the Prime Minister of Canada and numerous dignitaries and heads-of-state from across the globe. Chef Ledarney has been selected as Chef de Cuisine at the Embassy of Canada in Beijing and subsequently in Japan. Nolan rounded out his Japan experience by landing some of the most coveted positions in the culinary world. He completed stints at Michelin starred restaurants in Tokyo, including the 3-starred L’osier.

On the night of your experience, Chef Ledarney will be your private chef cooking for a group of up to 8 guests in your home. You will be served with canapés and cocktails upon your arrival. Your dinner will be a full 3-course menu custom made by Chef Ledarney to suit your requirements. Towards the end of the meal, Chef Ledarney will be on hand to greet your guests over a glass of wine and answer any questions about the food or cooking.
