Chocolates and coffee have long been the perfect complements. Come join us and savour the delicacies from the world of premium chocolates and coffee in this pairing workshop! First, taste our premium chocolates, all hand-made in a Belgian atelier using only the finest origin chocolates and fresh ingredients of the highest quality. Our chocolates redefine the meaning and senses of “Melting in the mouth”. Next, try Kopi Luwak, the world’s most expensive coffee, and also the rarest coffee in the world. The supply of Kopi Luwak is limited to only 300-400kg per year. This world-famous coffee from Indonesia has a special and complex taste. It is full of layers, which can be compared with no other coffee. During this experience, participants will gain the entire fundamental knowledge to becoming a chocolate connoisseur. Through a carefully guided tasting on some of world’s most exquisite raw chocolate, they will step by step develop the taste and senses, and completely changes the usual concept of a good chocolate. During the session, they will be given the opportunity to make their own cup of Kopi Luwak, and pair it with rare raw chocolates made with cocoa from different origins. |
