Immerse yourself into the world of chocolate in this 3 hour artisan style master class. Led by our Executive Pastry Chef, you will first be given an introduction into chocolate where you will learn everything from cacao bean to bar. Next you will be provided with a chef's hat and a chef's jacket personalized with your name before you roll your sleeves up and head into the kitchen. There, you will be guided through a practical chocolate making class where you will be making your own handmade chocolates. You will pick up techniques such as tempering and moulding chocolate, piping and dipping ganache and even decorating. Finally, appreciate the aroma, appearance, taste and texture of your own chocolate master creations!

Throughout the whole experience, you will be served with free-flowing Prosecco and chocolate treats. You will also go home with a special surprise gift.

Wow! That's my first time to make chocolate. Though I did it messily, it was a great fun. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The chocolate made are just so alike to those bought outside, unbelievable :)

I absolutely love having my own personalised Chef's coat! Thank you!
The chef was very good at explaining the chocolate making process and I especially liked the fact she had a blackboard to write things down as an extra reinforcement.
I would have liked to do something more but now appreciate that making chocolates is very time consuming.
However I would suggest is having different fillings to go inside the chocolates, for example nuts, raisins... for some variety instead of making a box full of the same. Everyone loves guessing what is inside each chocolate, that makes it more special ! :)

I like making the chocolate part by myself.
Introduction part was a bit boring.

The whole experience was wonderful! The welcoming chocolate and muffins were amazing. The prosecco was really nice. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The master himself was very professional, nice and knowledgeable. He was willing to answer questions, share his experience and help us. The tools were well prepared and the chocolate making was interesting. All in all a great experience that we loved!

Loved this experience!!! My boyfriend and I really bonded over chocolate and making confections together. We got tons of amazing pictures, and had a truly engaging experience. Afterwards, we smile whenever we look at the Chef Coats we got to keep!

Seriously. This is hands down the best experience to take a date on. Just a word out to the other guys on this site who are lazy like me and really don't know where to take a date (other than dinner - which gets boring after awhile!). Chocolate master class was the bomb. We both had a great time. Make sure she likes chocolate though!

A fun and relaxing experience in a nicely decorated area. Nice cakes and chocolate are most important.
