This experience was designed for pregnant mummies to feel spoilt before they do the same for the child in the next 18 years to come! On the day of the experience, a professional female massage therapist will arrive at your doorstep, wherever you are in Hong Kong, and bring the prenatal or post-natal massage therapy spa into the privacy and comfort of your home.

For expecting mothers, this experience will be a prenatal massage. As your body goes through physical and hormonal changes, this massage will help you relax, reduce swelling, relieve aches and pains and improve newborn health. The comforting touch will also provide emotional support during pregnancy.

Post-natal massage therapy helps bring the body back to pre-pregnancy condition by realigning body weight distribution and toning the skin over the abdomen. The post-natal care massage will also bring relaxation and relieve aches on shoulders, neck, arms and wrists from carrying or feeding your newborn.

This experience makes a great gift for mothers to be or to congratulate new mothers!

What to wear
Blended sweet almond or jojoba massage oil will be applied to lubricate and to nourish your skin. You are disrobed only to your level of comfort and you will be covered by a towel or sheet, with only the area being worked on exposed.

Suitability information
As a pre-natal massage, this experience is suitable for pregnant women after their first trimester. For post-natal massages, this experience is suitable immediately after discharge if the delivery was natural and 2 weeks after delivery if it was a caesarian delivery.

Extra information
A female professional massage therapist will carry out this experience. The experience includes the delivery and use of a massage table.
