Let your imagination flow and create your own pottery on the throwing machine! In this 2.5 hours experience, you will first get a pottery demonstration from your instructor to give you some inspiration. Each participant will then be stationed at one turning table each to get your hands dirty and to make your own ceramic masterpieces! You will have 2.5kg of clay to experiment with. You will be challenged to centre your clay on the throwing machine and shape it into a cup, bowl, vase or whatever you fancy! You will be able to make around 3 to 4 items during the experience. Once you have completed your creations, choose one piece for further completion!
For your chosen best piece, you will be able to add coloring and the final touches. Firing and glazing procedures will be left for pottery professionals to complete for you! At the end of the workshop, enjoy a 20 minute sharing with the other participants to appreciate each other’s work. Your final pottery creation will be finished and delivered to you within 1 month.
Come join us in this most specialized pottery studio in Hong Kong, and create your pottery masterpieces!
