The Photography Walk takes you out in Sai Kung, where you can explore the area from behind your camera's lens. This outdoor photography experience caters to all levels of expertise. Some people have just made a new purchase here in Hong Kong and are keen to put it to use. Others may have owned a good quality camera for some time without ever fully utilizing its features. Still others may be expert photographers requiring no technical guidance at all, but just seeking wonderful locations very few visit.

So whatever your background as a photographer is, you can take advantage of your guide's local knowledge and 15 years as a professional photographer and join her on a guided photography tour in the beautiful Sai Kung Country Park. After assessing your level of expertise with the camera, she’ll set you some tasks to do. Her enthusiasm for photography and a setting that includes both natural landscapes and old indigenous villages of Hong Kong guarantee a great photographic day.

There are so many festivals and celebrations in Hong Kong that there is often the possibility of coinciding with one of these special events.

What to wear
1) Clothing: Sun and rainfall can be intense and a hat is recommended. During the winter season (November – March) temperatures can drop with a chilling wind, so a sweater/fleece is advisable. During the wet season (April – September) a waterproof jacket is recommended. In warmer months (May – October) it is advisable to carry a spare T–shirt or other garment to change into at the end of the hike.
2) Skin Protection: Suntan lotion should be used throughout the year and applied frequently during the hike.
3) Water: Please carry sufficient water for your own needs. In the warmer months, this may equate to one liter for every two hours of walking. Dehydration is a real risk on hot days. Choose mineralized rather than distilled water. Consider an electrolyte replacement drink as well.
