Covestro wants to take a step further to improve their productivity by organizing various team-building activities with support from Spoilt.

Solution:

We believe having fun experiences in the office is one of the best ways to team-building. After meeting with our client, we handpicked a series of events and workshops for the company to choose from. From creative workshops to exercise sessions in the office, we helped schedule and organize year-round team-building activities for Covestro.

One of the highlights was our Neon Art Jam Workshop held in Covestro’s office. In the 3-hour workshop, the team worked in groups and created their own art pieces with neon light lining. Waves of laughter filled up the office, and everyone was genuinely enjoying the activity. Their masterpieces were then placed in the office to showcase their creativity and teamwork.
