Chinachem was looking for a welcome gift for the new property owners of the units at their brand new property development, Parc Inverness. Parc Inverness is a luxury development located in Kowloon Tong in Hong Kong and so Chinachem wanted Spoilt to offer luxury lifestyle and experiential gifts which would appeal to their customers.

Spoilt prepared a surprise gift for every new property owner of the new apartments in Parc Inverness, as part of Chinachem’s Loyalty Reward Program. Spoilt handpicked a set of luxury experiential rewards for Chinachem’s customers. As there were two different customer segments, there were two tiers of gifts. Each gift contained a catalogue of 5 luxury experiences which they could choose from ranging from outdoor adventures to indoor personal chef experiences. The gifts were also presented in custom gift packaging exclusively designed for Parc Inverness.
 

   


Among the experiences included in the Parc Inverness welcome gifts, one of the most popular experiences was the Hong Kong Helicopter Tour And Afternoon Tea, which was a unique experience to see magnificent views of Hong Kong from the sky! Also popular was the Horse Riding Kids Party - a unique birthday party experience at some private stables to meet ponies, learn to groom them and ride them!

   


Experiences could be booked immediately online and all questions were answered by a dedicated customer service team. It was certainly a unique way to celebrate moving into a new home!
