Want a twist on wine-tasting events? Try wine-making.

We’re excited to announce a new addition to our experiences – Blend your own Bordeaux. Rather than a traditional wine-tasting event, this experience allows participants to step into the shoes of a wine maker. You will actually be taken into a wine lab to get a behind-the-scenes look at how wine is made, and in particular, the classic Bordeaux red.

An experience for coffee geeks

Over the weekend, we co-hosted a coffee event with the Hong Kong Chapter of 85 Broads, a global women’s network. The ladies wanted something informal for people just to get together and do something fun, so we put together an event that was a hybrid of our Mini Coffee Cupping Experience and our Coffee Appreciation Course. Besides the fact that a few men slipped into the crowd, we also found ourselves in the company of the most amazing coffee geeks in Hong Kong!
